2021 AFCON: Musa, Chukwueze On Target As Eagles Beat Coton Sport In Practice Match

An objective in every half by Ahmed Musa and Samuel Chukwueze, procured the Super Eagles a 2-0 win against Cameroon club side Coton Sport in a training game in Garoua on Friday.

The game was organized as a feature of groundwork for the Eagles in front of their 2021 AFCON Group D opener against Egypt on Tuesday.

Musa opened scoring in the primary half before Chukwueze multiplied the Eagles’ lead in the final part.

Beginning for the Eagles in the cordial were Maduka Okoye in objective, Ola Aina, William Troost-Ekong, Kenneth Omeruo and Zaidu Sanusi in guard.

The midfield had Wilfred Ndidi, Joe Aribo and Chidera Ejuke while Kelechi Iheanacho, Musa and Taiwo Awoniyi drove the assault.

Over the span of the principal half Musa was supplanted by Alex Iwobi.

In the mean time, there will be another training game between the Eagles first and second eleven.
